Veterans in the Tennessee Valley of North Alabama are doing their part to honor Vietnam Veterans as part of the Presidential created 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War headed up by retired Lt General Mick Kicklighter.

The event will be held on November 3, 2014 and more details can be found at the website below. There will be speeches, Vietnam era memorabilia, including a Huey helicopter, re-enactors in Vietnam era uniforms, music from that time period, as well as video and photos. Exhibits will be open from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Breakfast will be served at 10, lunch at 12:30.
