In this episode, Jim Messinger, Ph.D., the Treasurer of The Board of Directors of the National Vietnam War Museum tells the story of the museum. He is eminently qualified to do this because he has been directly involved in the museum project since it was started almost 20 years ago. The museum’s purpose is to honor Vietnam Veterans and to teach succeeding generations about the tremendous accomplishments of the Vietnam War Generation.
All are encouraged to support this outstanding commemoration project by coming to see it in person and donating to the fund to build the main building. The main building will house an extensive array of exhibits and state of the art displays that will tell the story of the war with breath-taking realism.
For more information go to the museum’s website or if you can go and visit it in person.
