Chris Dizer, center, a junior at Palo Duro High School, has earned the respect of veterans Don Smith, from left, Blane Barnes, Don Ricks and Terry Kirby with his work for the latest Texas Panhandle Honor Flight, which leaves Thursday for Washington, D.C.
