The Hmong tribesmen of Laos were valuable and loyal allies with the Americans in the Vietnam War. Many emigrated to the US after the war. In this episode an article titled: Hmong vets to shed light on a secret war found in the La Crosse Tribune submitted by PAT Mcknight is featured. It tells about a program scheduled for the Holmen Area Historical Society meeting. There two former Hmong fighters and an American Vietnam Veteran will host a program describing the costly contributions the Hmong people made to the war effort. Their story is inspiring and sad.
